Can I cancel the order after purchase? And what should I do?

For any cancellations on orders please email us at admin@gratagon.com with in 24 hours of placing the order. Any order cancellation after 24 hours will be charged with a 30% restocking fee.

30-day risk-free return&exchange

Within 30 days after you sign for the package, you can contact us for a risk-free return/exchange. We do not accept any return or exchange requests if your package is delivered over 30 days.

What does my return shipping cost? Will you pay for the return shipping cost?

If the consumer causes the return, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific shipping cost should be based on the express company you choose.

If GRATAGON causes the return, the products received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

*Notices for all return or exchange items*

For all hair rollers:

a. lf the outer packaging has not been opened, you can request a return.

b. If there is a problem with the quality of the product(such as receiving a broken hair roller or a wrong hair roller) , you can request are fund or exchange.

c. All accessories must be returned together with the original packaging when returning or exchanging.

d. GRATAGON is not responsible for any damage to the product caused by any human factor.

e. All returns/exchanges are subject to validation and approval at GRATAGON's discretion.

It more than 30 days since the items have been delivered and require a return or exchange.
